“Your first 10,000 photographs are your worst.” – Henri Cartier-Bresson
So sometime ago, I decided to visit the city on the Southeastern tip of Florida. While walking round the city of Miami every morning, i’d breathe in the refreshing smell of coffee coming from hundreds of coffee shops that line the city streets, right before i get lured into one to get a cup for myself. Even across the island of Biscayne Bay, I savored the beauty of the many wonderful beaches. Then one day, I decided that I was going to take all that beauty away with me in pictures. From landscapes to monuments, I wandered round in search of the best highlights of the city and graced my camera with the special privilege of capturing all that magic.
I did this because I felt a pressing need to share how amazing this city was with the world. Even though these pictures are not enough to depict what the city feels like, i dare to say that they create a compelling need to go there, and for me, that’s more than enough.
